What are the dimensions of a treadmill belt?
The dimensions vary depending on the models of the treadmills and their date. Usually the sizes start in width from 30cm and go up to 65cm. Like the width, the length also varies considerably depending on the treadmill model. Flat belts and also treadmill carpets are manufactured by our company, from the very first stage, so that they fit every type and brand of machine.

Each gym treadmill carries its own mat. They are usually divided into categories.
What is the role of the linen weave in a carpet?
The linen is a vital part of a carpet. Some conveyor belts are made with a sheet of fabric /ply. This layer of fabric can be coated with rubber, polymer or elastomer. However, most conveyor belts are manufactured using two or more layers of fabric, which are adhered together using inner layers. Conveyor belts operate on equipment that requires minimal bending on pulleys. This repetitive bending action will stress the adhesion of the belts. As a result, it is important that the belt has adequate crumple adhesion to resist separation of the folds. Our selected linen is reinforced with our new NEO OEM weaving technology with high tensile and abrasion resistance. They also carry static load avoidance layers.
What are the surfaces of a carpet?

Diamond. Diamond surface, which is found in a large percentage in all residential - professional corridors, with good resistance to abrasion-tearing and excellent resistance to time.
Sand Blast. Sandblast surface with good abrasion-tear resistance and additionally excellent grip in continuous degree draw
What is the maximum time of use of a treadmill carpet?
All our product categories have been developed to withstand maximum use. The average time of daily use of a carpet is set by the treadmill manufacturer. Our carpets combined with our specialized bonding process offer a comfortable use up to 7-10 years, always in accordance with their proper operation.
When should a carpet be replaced?
The first signs appear when the belt transmission is no longer working properly ("stuck or slipping"). Also, on most treadmills the special indicator appears (see manual). If the initial signs are not found, then the carpet should be checked for any obvious signs of stress ("tearing") or detachment of the upper or lower linen surface. Usually in corridors out of use for (e.g. 1-3 years) on reopening we find immediate problems with carpets in polymerised plastic-fibre layers.
What is the price of a treadmill belt?
As you already know the price of a carpet is determined by many parameters e.g. (type - thickness - width - length). Each gym treadmill carries a corresponding carpet (in many cases each gym treadmill manufacturer uses different sized carpets even for the same models which may differ chronologically). At Zamboukas we undertake the production of each mat individually for each model of gym treadmill. Below is an example of prices per carpet type:
