PU Timing Belt T20<\/strong><\/p>\n

The polyurethane (PU) timing belts<\/strong> from ZAMPOUKAS<\/strong> offer excellent length stability<\/strong> and very low friction<\/strong>. Available in gray, milky, or nearly transparent<\/strong> material, polyurethane provides higher chemical resistance<\/strong> compared to neoprene.<\/p>\n

These belts are available in rolls<\/strong>, which are cut to both length<\/strong> and width<\/strong> according to your specific requirements. This means that the length can be freely adjusted. For linear motion systems<\/strong>, they are used as open belts with measured lengths<\/strong>, while in conveyor applications<\/strong>, they are typically used as welded belts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Measured-length PU timing belts<\/strong> can be welded to any desired length. They are available in custom widths<\/strong> and custom lengths<\/strong>. Rolls can be up to 100 meters long<\/strong> and widths from 6 to 300 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The reinforcements<\/strong> within the belt define the tensile strength (load transmission)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Steel reinforcements<\/strong> allow for high tensile strength<\/strong>.
