Metric timing belt with trapezoidal tooth profile. Made from thermoplastic polyurethane (PU), these belts are suitable for small and medium-sized machines. T5 timing belts are primarily used indoors and are designed to ensure high performance and precision.<\/p>\n

The ZAMPOUKAS polyurethane (PU) timing belts<\/strong> are engineered for maximum stability, low friction, and high wear resistance, making them ideal for applications requiring precise motion transmission and long service life. Manufactured from thermoplastic polyurethane, they offer superior resistance to chemicals and oils compared to neoprene. The material is available in gray, milky, or nearly transparent colors.<\/p>\n

T5 timing belts are produced in rolls and can be custom-cut to any required length and width, providing full dimensional flexibility. They can be used as open belts for linear motion systems<\/strong> or as welded belts for conveyor applications<\/strong>. Thermoplastic polyurethane belts with pre-measured lengths can be welded to any required length, while rolls are available in lengths up to 100 meters<\/strong> and widths ranging from 6 to 300 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The T5 profile has a trapezoidal shape<\/strong>, with teeth and gaps of nearly the same size, ensuring smooth and stable operation<\/strong>. The tooth pitch (center-to-center distance)<\/strong> is 5mm<\/strong>, providing high timing accuracy and exceptional motion efficiency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
